Dr. Stephanie Panday, M.D. GAU, Class of 2021
I am so happy to be a recent graduate of Georgetown American University. I came to GAU as a non-traditional transfer medical student. All I can say is how wonderful GAU made the transition of a transfer student into my clinical science years. GAU promptly reviewed my application and transcripts. Having already completed my basic

science requirements, I started my clinical rotations within a month of my application! I completed my MS3 rotations in Atlanta with the entire clinical rotation schedule laid out. I was so pleased that I did not have to find my rotation sites and preceptors. With all honesty, I can say that ALL of my preceptors were wonderful! They were so willing to teach and become mentors. I come from a nurse practitioner background and can honestly say that the rotations for a medical student versus an N.P. Students are vastly different and enable growth clinically and professionally. The GAU clinical support staff and administration faculty have been so helpful in making sure I could achieve a stellar medical education and care for myself. I am proud to be the GAU Class Valedictorian of 2021. Still, more importantly, I am thankful for the opportunity that GAU has given me to fulfill my life-long dream of becoming a physician. Thank you, GAU!!!
