Biography
Dr. Cummings is a Medical Doctor and the former Chief Medical Officer at the ministry of Ministry of Health, Guyana. Dr. Cummings also held the post as a Program Manager for Health Sector Development at CARICOM Secretariat. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in medical education and healthcare best practices.
